Great little rental in the heart of the downtown, 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots to do around, extremely walkable area with tons of shops and great food. The place was clean and modern, felt like a luxury hotel. Bed was comfortable but has a small footboard so be aware for those taller individuals. The sitting room area was great for a quick rest between activities! Check in was effortless and the on site parking was great for easy access in and out of the area. Road noise in the morning noticeable but otherwise not too bad. Overall would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous 1 bedroom with lovely finishing and close to shops and restaurants. Most comfortable bed and beautiful living room. Hosts were more than accommodating and helped with a late check out. Bonus too is a parking space l!

Beautiful place to stay. Walkable to State street and the pier. Place was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for 2 guests. Bobbie and Brooks were extremely responsive. Had to pay for early check in but instructions to get into the home were easy. No concerns. Highly suggest staying here!

Convenient and walkable location in downtown Santa Barbara! Condo was cozy, and very clean. We appreciated all of the special touches which made our stay comfortable like the white noise machine, filtered water pitcher, and wonderful bedding! Perfect place and location for a weekend get-away to beautiful Santa Barbara!

This is a charming spot right amidst walkable downtown Santa Barbara. The bedroom and living area are gorgeous and very comfortable. The shower is lovely. Our only slight issue is that it can be a little loud with the urban noise around. But it fades to the background quickly, and having all the bars and restaurants so close is well worth the tradeoff.

This is a great property to stay at. The location was fantastic and the room was comfortable, clean and had great amenities. Everyone was super clean. The hosts gave great instructions for check in and check out and followed up to make sure we were all set and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to Santa Barbara.

Perfect spot for a weekend in Santa Barbara! The location is great and walkable to State Street and the Funk Zone. Easy to access and come and go as needed
